New Job Assignments:
Hedda Garland - is taking over as secretary
Julie Vigdor, Jill Casasola - will be the transportation organizers
Olivia, Baker and Tara Bishop - will help out as needed
Judy Russ - will continue with hospitality
Gail Swentkoske and Penny Farthing - will oversee advancement and merit badges
Computer donation for the troop room is needed, maybe Elisabeth can find one.
“Troopmaster”, new program will be loaded on the computer to help track boys advancements
JOHN’s turn:
Friday the 17th will be the Eagle Court of Honor for Matt Bond – Michele will be ambassador to Lesotha, so this CoH will be before the other three CoH.
Time: 7:30.
Following morning will be first campout: Marsha’s Farm
Planned date for Pancake Breakfast: October 30th
October 9th will be a troop meeting to sell tickets for the Pancake Breakfast
Average money raised with:
Pancake breakfast: around $2000
Christmas Tree sale around $5000
April: Parent Son Camping Trip will be at Camp Tuckahoe, Aril 8-10th
What happened since June, after the last Picnic:
Michael Robles’ Eagle Scout application has been accepted/approved
4 Patrols went to Goshen
Adarondecks trip was a week later: John had seven in his crew, Great time, perfect weather,
Mike had eight in his crew, great time, were done quicker then anticipated and they camped for a couple of days at Camp Massowippe
Troop participated in the 100th Anniversary Parade in July.
Tour permits: if there is no permit, scout insurance won’t cover.
Scouts need to confirm their participation for a campout within a week to 1 1/2 weeks ahead of time, no more exceptions will be made
Approximately 15 scouts can be transported without the help of parents, but beyond that number parents will need to help

Sell pumpkins
Capturing people’s emails for the Christmas tree sale, at pankcake breakfasat.
